Voice Data

Unless expressly disclosed otherwise and separately consented to by the user, Voice Data is not used for biometric identification, voice cloning, identity verification, or commercial licensing.

  • generating translations and related outputs;
  • maintaining and improving the functionality of the Services;
  • protecting the security and integrity of the platform;
  • complying with applicable legal obligations; and

This license does not transfer ownership of your content to Flengauge.

D. AI Model Training

Flengauge respects the confidentiality of user communications.

We do not use your private conversations, translation requests, voice recordings, or other Translation Content to train artificial intelligence models without your explicit consent.

Where you voluntarily provide consent, your information may be used only for the purposes explained at the time consent is obtained, and you may withdraw that consent where permitted by applicable law.

E. No Sale of Personal Information

Flengauge does not sell, rent, or license your Personal Information, Translation Content, Voice Data, or private conversations to third parties.

Likewise, your Personal Information will not be used for third-party behavioural advertising or commercial profiling except where you have expressly authorized such processing or where permitted by applicable law.

F. Research and Innovation

Flengauge may conduct internal research using anonymized, aggregated, or de-identified information to:

Research results will not identify individual users.

These international transfers may occur because our employees, affiliates, cloud infrastructure providers, artificial intelligence providers, payment processors, authentication providers, and other trusted service providers operate across multiple jurisdictions.

We take appropriate measures to ensure that your Personal Information remains protected regardless of where it is processed.

C. Voice Recordings

  • improve service reliability using anonymized information where permitted; or

Where practicable, voice recordings are securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized after processing.

Information relating to interactions with Flengauge's AI systems, including translation requests and AI-generated outputs, may be temporarily retained for:

  • security monitoring;
  • abuse prevention;
  • debugging; and

Where reasonably practicable, AI interaction data used for research or product improvement is anonymized or de-identified before further processing.

E. Billing and Financial Records

Subscription, billing, payment confirmation, invoice, and accounting records are retained for the period required by applicable tax, accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory laws.

Flengauge does not retain complete payment card numbers, which are processed by trusted third-party payment providers.

F. Security and Audit Logs

Authentication records, security logs, audit trails, system logs, and fraud detection records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to:
